Job Title: Event Lead (Commission-Based)

Location: Remote + Travel (U.S. & International)

Compensation:

• You’ll earn between 10% and 40% of the profits of each event you lead.
• Our events typically can generate between $50K and $250K in gross sales, but profits can vary widely depending on how well costs are managed.
• Total compensation can range from $30,000 up to $200,000+ per year, based on event success and no. of events managed.

About the Role:

tonebase is expanding its reach into in-real-life (IRL) events for music learners, and we’re looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial Event Leads to drive individual events forward.

You’ll be working directly with the CEO and our content team to conceptualize, plan, execute, and oversee various IRL events. This is a commission-based role with tremendous growth potential for individuals who are ready to embrace this new challenge head-on.
